climate wars of the 21st century

The ruler of the Russian Duma caused a shock in a recent TV interview warning that Russia is able to use an arsenal of new technologies to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill millions of people by using clandestine climate weapons if the United States, Georgia and Georgia try to halt Russia’s entry into WTO (World Trade Organization).

Vladimir Zirinovsky is the vice-president of the Russian State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LFDR), the first officially recognized opposition party after the fall of communism. The LFDR has deep ties with the former KGB and the Communist Party and has become an important force of Russian politics, despite the fact that Zirinovsky himself calls himself a militant neo-fascist.

According to a translation made by Russian spokesman Zirinovsky, during an interview, he departed strangely from the topic when asked how Russia would face countries such as Georgia and the United States, which are trying to block Russia’s entry into the WTO.
He said the US government in Washington DC had no “future,” and that it “collapsed” and drew attention to the Russian supremacy in the universe, and claimed that his country had “lots of money, resources and new weapons no one knew” .

“We will destroy any part of the world within 15 minutes,” he warned sensationally.

“There is no explosion, no flash of light, no kind of laser or lightning, but a peaceful and peaceful weapon,” added Zirinovsky, warning that “the continents will be put to eternal sleep” and that “120 million people die” someone will hit the Russian request for the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan.

The newscaster smiled mockingly when he made these comments, but Žirinov’s behavior was far from jovial.

Zirinovsky mentioned the recent tsunami in Japan and said the “new weapons” he meant are linked to the weather control technology, which has been intensively studied since the 1950s in both the US and Russia, and is now commonly used.

He threatened to join Georgia completely, and warned, “And then there will be another tsunami, on the other side of the planet, in the Caucasus.” The Zirin insight on the Kuril Islands, coupled with the devastating tsunami that hit Japan in March, is a fairly clear hint that Russia has to deal with a natural disaster that killed thousands of people, led to the Fukushima crisis and threatened the recovery of the Japanese economy.

Zirinovsky also warned of the coming of the “Third World War,” due to turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa, which could lead to the collapse of current global institutions such as the EU and the WTO, and from which a new international order Russia.

For decades, Moscow has been using the cloud slimming technology to ensure sunny weather in military parades or public holidays, but changing weather in a devastating weapon is a new, terrifying option.

As documented by Benn Livingston’s weather modification expert, a former US navy physicist who reported to President Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control already in the 1960s during the Vietnam War, the United States pumped money into weather programs in the 1950s as weapons during the Cold War. It would be naive to assume that the Russians did not perform similar research.

The Jirin Declaration was always controversial in the past. He once defended the bombing of a nuclear bomb over the Atlantic Ocean due to the flooding of Great Britain.

What do we think about these remarkable comments? Is Zirinov just a fool, or has he really revealed anything about Russia’s plans to unleash the arsenal of new Russian climate weapons in an attempt to dominate the world?
